There is an extra charge if the destination is no lift, such as cottage. Besides, if there is some stairs, or the flat can not be reached by lift directly, please emphasis in quotation.

    Some furniture is unable to enter the lift since it is too large, such as beds, cupboards , dining tables etc., if it is needed to move by the stairs, charges will be added.
